Great sidewalk cafe with various types of cheese steak meats on offer. Somehow, there's even a big-sceeen television for patrons to watch. The ordering process is all computerized, with tablets on site, and I suppose you can order on your own using other methods and simply pick up your order. Will hit this place up if I find myself in Philadelphia again.

I've ordered from Avenue Steaks a few times now and every experience has been great! Today I got the wings and they were so good--seriously hit the spot. I also just really wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service. The delivery driver went out of their way to bring my order up the stairs when I always come down to meet drivers. My back was hurting me badly today, and that small act of kindness meant more than he probably realized. I wish I could go back into Grubhub and add more to the tip--it was truly appreciated. Thank you again!

Waited in line at skinny Joey's for 1hr and then decided to leave. Went to Avenue Steaks and wasn't expecting much but man I'm glad I did. I got 2 cheese steak w/ fo on seeded rolls. When I tell you it was Delicious I mean it was Delicious. It was arguably one of the best cheese steak I've had. Don't miss out!

Ordered on DoorDash. First saw it as it is one of the only places open late night. Packaging was good. Pizza can feed about 2-3 depending on how hungry you are. The funnel cake bombs were indeed bomb!! That fig jam complements them well.

Solid spot in South Philly. Obviously plenty of great cheesesteak spots in the area, and this one is not to be slept on. Great option after a game, especially. I come back to the area of my childhood a couple of times a year. Always for Phillies or Birds games. Avenue Steaks is a great spot that doesn't close. There are other 24/7 spots, but this is the one to choose. Get the Big Ave. Extra meat, extra Cooper Sharp. Get the roll scooped, to cut the bread ratio. They use Sarcone's rolls for these, which never fail. Rarely a wait, and there's a seated & covered patio area. Great outdoor ambiance.

This is usually my go to pizza spot but tonight i decided to try a cheesesteak. WOW! Meat tender and seasoned, got the black pepper cooper sharp with onions and extra cheese. No regrets! I'll def be eating this once a week lol

We recently visited Philadelphia. We went to a concert at citizens bank park. We wanted to get "Philly cheesesteaks" and I researched locations that were delicious and convenient to the venue. With much research Avenue steakhouse for the win. We had no problem parking, it was VERY close to all the sports venues. They made all the food to order so it did take about 20 minutes. I hope you don't have to go to the bathroom because there is NO bathroom at all. We took our sandwiches to go and also got a pizza. We tailgated and I forgot to take pictures of the food.. but they were delicious if you want a Philadelphia style cheesesteak with great bread this place will satisfy that.. the pizza was mid

My go to for plant based pizza in South Philly. Tomato Pie (no cheese in the sauce) with spinach, mushrooms and basil . The young lady that took my order over the phone was so nice. Outdoor counter and seating area clean and clear of the elements. Thank you for being consistent, delicious and having unique hours.
